Refunds:

  • Unused Rental Periods: If you have prepaid for storage rental but no longer require the space, we offer refunds for any unused rental periods. Please notify us in advance, and we will process a refund for the remaining balance of your rental fee.
  • Damage or Defects: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective storage unit, contact us immediately. We will address the issue promptly, offering a refund or replacement as appropriate.
  • Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your storage rental, we will refund any prepaid fees for unused rental periods. Please be aware that cancellation fees may apply, as outlined in your rental agreement.

Returns:

  • Incorrect Size or Type: If the storage unit delivered is not what you ordered in terms of size or type, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will assist you in exchanging it for the correct unit.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the storage unit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it remains unused, in its original condition, and is returned in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Refund or Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at (888) 217-9101 or returns@lsms.com for a refund or return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or have refunded.
  3. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps, including arranging for the return of the item(s), if applicable.
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
