We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Ordering and Payment:
By placing an order on our website, you agree to purchase the services selected at the prices indicated, including any applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept various payment methods, which are listed on our payment page.

4. Delivery and Handling:
Delivery: We deliver storage containers directly to your specified location. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays. Additional delivery charges may apply for certain locations.

Self-Pickup: Customers have the option to pick up their storage containers directly from our yards. Please schedule a pickup time with us in advance. At pickup, our staff will assist you with loading the container onto your transport. This option allows for flexibility and can expedite the process of obtaining your container.

5. Returns and Refunds:

6. Rental Terms Specific to Containers:

• We are not responsible for the Renter's property placed in the container.
• Renters should cover contents susceptible to moisture damage and store them off the floor.
• Renters must inspect the container upon delivery and may need to obtain insurance for contents as we do not provide coverage.
• Renters are responsible for any damage to the container while under their control and may not modify the unit without authorization.
• Rent is due on a 28-day billing cycle (13 pay periods per year).
• Renters can avoid a $50 minimum wait charge per hour for an unsuccessful pickup by ensuring the container is empty when they call to schedule a pickup. Our drivers are instructed not to wait while containers are emptied.

7. Intellectual Property:
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lone Star Mobile Storage and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Lone Star Mobile Storage be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
